An annual sales conference is a significant event for a company. Getting everyone –sales teams, product teams, finance and support teams – on the same ambience with the strategy for a new year is essential to a company’s success. Deeplaid Laboratories Limited organized its ‘19 th Annual Sales Conference 2020’ on 8 th January, 2020 with the theme ‘‘Be achiever…Be winner’’ at BRAC CDM, Khagan, Savar, Dhaka. The chief guest Lion Habibur Rahman, Honorable Chairman and Managing Director of Deeplaid Group of Companies was present at the moment of joy of the Deeplaid family. Honorable Chairman thanked all his employees for their united efforts which have brought the company to this current position. Special Guest of Deeplaid Laboratories Ltd, Director, HR & Admin Lion Shahena Rahman and another special guest Mr. Abdul Latif Howlader, Technical Director was present in the occasion. Director, HR & Admin have delivered her valuable speech in this auspicious event. Head of Marketing and Sales H.M. Syfullah also attended the conference along with other high officials of the company. In the occasion, near about 650 peoples were gathered. This conference had 3 sessions. First session was a formal business program where different categories of award were provided to the young stars of deeplaid family for their sales achievement. Motivational speakers are often the hallmark of annual sales meeting. That’s why Deeplaid Laboratories Limited hired a legend trainer Md. Akbar Hassan who gave inspirational speech to sales team in this session. Second session involved with Sports where all employees participated in game and got awarded for performance. In third session a colorful cultural program held where some of the field force and head office employees participated and showed magical performance through singing, acting, dancing & poetry recitation. Overall, ‘19th Annual Sales Conference 2020’ was successfully completed by the grace of Almighty Allah.
